Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Stadium Sports Apparel, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below for details on returning or exchanging your order.

Stock Items (Non-Custom Products)
Return Window:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange unused stock items.
Condition Requirements:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment, if possible, and via cash or check once we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges for size or color are available, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Custom Orders
Because custom products are made specifically for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

Team uniforms
-
Personalized jerseys or gear (with player names, numbers, or logos)

Any product with embroidery, screen printing, or other customization
Exceptions or Defects
If your custom product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your approved design, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—this may include reprint, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

The item(s) in question

A clear description of the issue and reason for return or exchange

Photos, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Once we receive your email, our team will review the information and determine the best way to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may:

Reprint or replace the item

Offer a discount on your next purchase

Issue a refund to your original payment method

All resolutions are determined at our discretion, based on the details you provide and the nature of the issue.
Additional Notes

Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Partial Returns: For orders with multiple items, you can return individual qualifying products. Refunds will reflect the returned item(s) only; any shipping or original custom fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Sale Items: If your original purchase was made during a sale (e.g. “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”), the discounted value will be deducted when returning items.
