The ordering process emphasizes simplicity and team-focus: once you choose your size, style and colors, we will send a mock-up for approval prior to production. Production begins after artwork approval, and the bag ships in approximately four to six weeks from that point. To begin, simply select your preferred bag style (duffle, bat, or sport backpack) from the Stadium Sports Apparel website. Choose your sizes, colors, and customization details, then submit the online custom bag form. Once received, our design team will create a digital mockup for your approval.
2. Is there a design or setup fee?
Yes. A one-time $35 design fee is required before the mockup process begins on completely custom bags only. This covers the creation of your custom artwork, color layout, and logo placement. The stock designs do not require the $35 design fee.
3. How long does production take after I approve my design?
Once your design is approved and payment is processed, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. This timeline can vary slightly based on order volume and customization complexity.
4. Can I add team logos, names, or numbers to the bags?
Absolutely! Every bag can be personalized with your team logo, player name, and number. Stadium Sports Apparel offers embroidery, printing, and heat-sealed options for a professional, durable finish.
5. Are there minimum order quantities?
Most bag styles are available with no minimum order—perfect for individuals, small teams, or full organizations. However, bulk discounts apply for team or program orders.
6. How will I know what my bag will look like before it’s made?
