Cancellation Policy

This policy is regarding our Patch Hat and Shirt Bar Parties. Parties must have at least 4 participants and are limited to 15 participants. The fee is $50 per person and it includes a patch hat and a t-shirt. If there are 12 or more participants, the cost is $45 per person. The $50 reservation fee is non-refundable, but will be applied to the party. Parties must be booked at least one week prior to the party. Party Roster forms must be received one week prior the party. Additional hats and shirts may be purchased for an additional fee. Hats and shirts may be substituted with permission. Hats include up to 4 patches on the hat, additional patches may be purchased for an additional fee. Any other questions please call or email us.
