You've Already Got A Design. Let's Make it Real.

Stadium Sports Apparel takes the image you already have, an AI mockup, a sketch, a photo of a jersey you liked, and builds it into a production-ready uniform. No minimums, a 3-to-4 week turnaround time, and shipped from our shop in Pensacola, FL.

$35 design fee. Five free revisions. Nothing gets made until you approve the mockup.

What we need from you

1. Your Image. 
Whatever you have. An AI rendering, a screen shot, a photo of another team's jersey, a napkin sketch. It doesn't need to be clean or high resolution our designers will make it. Although having a high res version of your team logo is very helpful!

2. Your team name.
Exactly how you want it on the jerseys

3. A few words about what you want.
This is where most coaches freeze up, but it doesn't have to be technical. Do you want pants, belts and socks? Full button? 

That's it! Everything else we work out together. 

How to describe what you want

You don't have to know the terminology, but if it helps here's what we use:

​Jersey Style

  • Pullover - no buttons, goes over head. Has two different necklines:

    • Crewneck- round collar

    • V-neck- collar comes to a point or v. 

  • Full Button- Buttons all the way down

  • Two Button- Short placket with two buttons​

Other Design Details

  • Piping- thin contrasting stripe along button line of the jersey or down the leg of a pant. 

  • Pinstripes- thin vertical stripes, classic baseball look

  • Side Panels- different color running down the sides

  • Fade or Gradient- one color blending into another

Order Details​

  • Is this just jerseys or do you want pants, belts, socks and hats too? 

  • What do you want for coaches? Replica jerseys? Cage Jackets? Hats?

  • Is there anything in your image you don't want?

A real designer, not a template.  If it's not right, you get five free revisions.

Once you're happy, we quote the full package and start production.

More coaches show up with AI-generated designs every season, and we love  turning them into real uniforms.

Uniform Design FAQs

What if my design isn't good enough or low resolution? 

Send it anyway! A screen shot or a photo is fine. If you have the high resolution images of your  team logos that is especially helpful, but our designers are great and can get it close without it. 

What does the $35 one-time design fee cover?

A custom jersey design and front logo, plus 5 rounds of revisions. It covers the design work only. Uniforms are quoted separately and embroidered logos may have a separate digitization fee. 

What if I don't like what you send me? 

No problem. You get five free revisions. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. 

What if I used AI to design my jersey?

It's common, however AI is really good at blowing through your timelines and your budget. We recommend you read through our AI-to-Apparel Playbook to make sure you are getting what you want. AI-to-Apparel Playbook

Is the design fee refundable?

The design fee is only refundable if you get the refund before your first mockup. It is used to cover the designer's time getting everything ready and sent to you. 

Can we get pants, hats, socks and belts to match?

Yes, the design fee covers a full package. If you have color preferences on those items, just let us know. 

Is there an order minimum?

Nope, you can place an order for a single player or an entire team. 

How long does the process take?

The design process can take up to two days, then 3-4 weeks after we have design approval, have received the roster and received deposit. From there you can pick up in our shop or it will ship to you in 3-5 days.
